What we collect on this site. Account email and name when you sign in (passwordless, by email link). Organization name and billing address when you buy. Support tickets and lead forms you submit. Server logs with IP address and user agent, kept 30 days.

Payments. Card details are entered in a Stripe-hosted form embedded on our page and go directly to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing. We receive transaction status, invoice data and the last four digits.

Email. We send transactional mail (sign-in links, keys, invoices, renewal notices) and, if you opted in, release notices. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

From the Software. Janus Edge running on your infrastructure sends us nothing unless you enable it: the update check sends version, edition and instance ID; license sync sends instance ID, version, seat count and site label. Neither ever includes prompts, responses, user identities or model traffic.

Retention. Account and license records for the life of the account plus seven years for tax and audit. Leads not converted are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights. Request access, correction or deletion at [email protected]. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority. We do not sell personal data.

Sub-processors. Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our hosting provider. Current list on request.

Cookies. One session cookie when signed in, one CSRF cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
